Shipping policy

Self Collection 

Self Collection is available at 436B Northshore Drive. As it is a residential address, the full address will be shared after you have made a purchase. We will reach out to you to confirm a pick up date and time slot. For urgent orders, please reach out to us on Instagram DMs at @jamwoo_sleep . 

For self collection orders, kindly check on the spot if there are any defects or damages to the item received. Once you have collected the item and left our premises, any exchange or refunds will not be accepted.

 

Delivery

Delivery parcels will be made to your doorstep. In the event that delivery has failed, we will attempt another 2 more deliveries before the parcel is returned to us. Re-delivery fee will be chargeable at $6.50. 

Kindly ensure that your address and delivery details are correct at the time of check out. If there are any errors, please reach out to us at jamwoosleepwear@gmail.com as soon as possible. If the delivery has already been sent out, the re-delivery charge will apply. 

If you opt for the parcel to be left at your doorstep, kindly note that we will not be responsible for any loss or damages to your item. 

Upon receiving your item, please check the condition immediately. If there are any defects, damages or you received the wrong item, please reach out to us at jamwoosleepwear@gmail.com as soon as possible for us to check and rectify. Please refer to our refund and exchange policy for such matters.
